Pedro Barata Sousa is graduated from the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon, School of Law (2008), where he also completed corporate law post-graduate studies (2010). He also holds a LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London (2014).
Registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2012, among other projects, he has been Associate Lawyer and Consultant at Cardigos e Associados, Law Firm, Lisbon and Associate Lawyer at Lipman Karas LLP, London. Pedro’s practice focuses in commercial and corporate law, corporate governance and real estate, representing and advising national and foreign clients. Pedro has also relevant experience in civil and commercial litigation.
